Job Title: Senior Product Designer                                                                     

Reports to: Creative Director

Line reports: Industrial Designers

Business Unit: Creative



The person in this role will develop the product of Dimoremilano by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.



  • Plans and organises production schedules.
  • Assesses projects and resources requirements.
  • Estimates, negotiates and agrees on budgets and timescales with suppliers.
  • Determines quality control standards in conjunction with the Creative Director and Commercial.
  • Oversees production processes.
  • Re-negotiates timescales, schedules and budgets with suppliers as necessary.
  • Select, order and purchase materials if necessary.
  • Negotiates and agrees contracts, budgets and time-scales.
  • Directs, manages, and leads dedicated team across multiple disciplines and categories.
  • Motivates and influences the Production team to always attain for excellence.




Partners with internal colleagues to address business challenges and understands the need to work well with others to beat the competition.


Adapts communication style, tools and approach to meet the needs of different audiences and levels in the organization.

Responds to queries/issues in a timely manner.

  • A minimum of 10 years experience.
  • A strong background in Industrial Design.
  • An affinity with our product and DNA of our Brand.
  • A preferred supplier list which our brand can be introduced to.
  • Impeccable reputation within the industry.
