Line reports: Fiscal Reporting & Budgeting, Accounting, HR & Legal

Business Unit: Corporate



Primarily, the person in this role will manage the finance of the company. This includes: general accounting, cash management / reconciliation, financial reporting, balance sheet management.

Additionally, this person will oversee other operational functions in the business such as HR and Legal.



  • Manages accounting and administration activities to achieve financial goals.
  • Monitors and manages expenditures within allotted budget.
  • Develops and maintains standard financial and administrative procedures.
  • Works closely with Fiscal Reports/Budget Manager in preparation of business plan and operational budget.
  • Reviews accounting discrepancies and recommends corrective actions.
  • Implements accounting policies & procedures.
  • Accountable for ensuring that policies & procedures (internal controls) are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected.
  • Ensures the preparation and maintenance of all financial records.
  • Supervises preparation of all monthly and annual finance reports in a timely fashion.
  • Supervises payroll processing and tax filing activities.
  • Identifies and resolves financial and administrative issues.
  • Builds an effective team and the appropriate infrastructure to support the growth of the business.
  • Participates in the selection, training and development of own line reports.
  • Continually evaluates the performance of each line report and provides constant feedback to drive improved results.
  • Manages the change.
  • Looks for opportunities to enhance efficiency.
